On the 20^th of August, the Institute for the Public Services (IPS) took part in the MCAST Teens Talk at the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology (MCAST) in Paola.

The talk gave students a look into the wide range of career paths available within Malta's Public Service. The People Management Division and the Malta Police Force also joined to share their insights into their specialised areas. They highlighted the diversity of careers available and the rewarding nature of working in the public service.

Mr Cachia, IPS's career guidance professional, led an engaging session on the important role of the Public Service and the variety of professions it encompasses. He encouraged students to think about how their own skills and interests could contribute to building a stronger and better community.

By reaching out to students early in their education, IPS aims to inspire ambition and show that a career in the Public Service is not just a profession, but also an opportunity to make a lasting impression in Malta.​
